Products

- Is a product always in stock?
We have most of the products always in stock as you can see at the product information for each product.

- Is there a garanty for the products sold by MediMast BV
MediMast BV selects the products carefullt. If there should be any problem with the quality of the product you will have the normal garaty as provided by the manufacturer. When you have a problem, send an email to info@medimast.nl.

Ordering

- Do I need to have an account when I want to place an order?
No, you don't need an account to place an order. But creating an account is possible and makes it easier for reordering.

- What to do when I have orderen the wrong product or size?
Have you just placed and paid your order and find out that you have orderen the wrong product or size? Send us an email asap and we can change your order before shipment. When your order has already been shipped you have the right to send it back within 14 days with full refund. In the meanwhile you can place a new order for the correct product or size.

Payment

- How can I pay my order?
You can pay your order with iDeal (only the Netherlands), Paypal, Master Card of VISA.

- When do I receive the invoice?
When we have shipped your order we will send you the invoice by email.

Shipment

- What are the shipment costs?
MediMast BV send all orders within the EU for € 3,95. All orders within the Netherlands and orders within the EU above € 100,00 will be send free of charge. The costs for sending (a part of) the order back to us, you have to pay yourself.

- Can I follow the shipment of my order?
Most orders are send with regular post and don't have a tracking possibility. But when your ordered products are to big for regular post, they will be send as a package with Fedex (PostNL within the Netherlands) and you will receive tracking information when we have prepared shipment.

Delivery

- What is the normal delivery time?
MediMast BV will try to send your order within 1-2 days. In most cases we will send your order the same day. When we will ship your order later, we will inform you by email.

- How will my order be delivered?
Most orders will be send as regular post by PostNL without tracking possibility. Only when your ordered product(s) are to big we will send it with Fedex (PostNL within the Netherlands) and you will receive an email which you can use for tracking the shipment.

- What to do when my order is damaged or I receive the wrong product/size?
MediMast BV send all orders in a decent package to prevent damage. But when something have gone wrong, please send us an email at info@medimast.nl and we will let you know what to do.

- Is it possible to pick up my order?
No, it is not possible to pick up your order at our office.

Returning

- Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days after receiving your order. Send it together with the Delivery Note back to the following address: MediMast BV - Prinses Marijkelaan 11 - 2635 JH Den Hoorn - The Netherlands. When we have received your order back and have checked it, you will receive a credit note by email and we will refund your account. IMPORTANT: the product has to be unused and in the original packaging. Of course you can fit the products for correct sizing. The shipment costs for returning your order will be for the client.

- Who pays for returning the order?
The shipment costs for returning your order will be for the client.

- How will I receive my money back after returning my order?
When we have received your order back and have checked it, you will receive a credit note by email and we will refund your account with the same payment method as you used for payment.
